I’ve been looking for a new eye cream that doesn't cost a million dollars. I’ve used many Phofay products and have always been impressed with them; this one does not disappoint! My under eyes are less puffy and the hydration stays throughout the day so my concealer doesn’t look cakey. I’ve been using it morning and night for about two weeks and I’m super impressed! Way better than the $100+ eye creams that I’ve tried. Picture is no makeup, no filter, and no puffiness under my eyes!
I wasn’t expecting much from this, but honestly, I can see and feel the difference right after I put it on. My skin feels super soft and smooth, and the little lines on my forehead look less noticeable.
It’s light and not greasy at all, which I really like because I hate heavy creams. It also makes my makeup go on smoother, which is a big win.

I love this cream, it has definitely brightened my eye area, it was looking dull and lifeless. I also love the applicator, it is cooling and reduces swelling! The scent is subtle, the product is made with natural products, win win win. Recommended! Pic 1 is before, 2 after a week.
